Strategic Benefit Group works with all types of companies and brokers throughout the United States. Our focus is on the four core pillars of Strategy, Design, Implementation and Enrollment of both Core and Voluntary Benefit programs. We also work with designing and implementing Dental, Life, Disability, Long Term Care Insurance as well as Advanced Annuity concepts.
Patrick is currently the President and Founder of a Nationally Recognized Benefit Consulting and Enrollment firm, Strategic Benefit Group. Patrick has in-depth experience in the Financial and Health services industry as he spent 9 years as a Vice President with American Express. He also was involved as part of a management team to help two companies go public. Patrick started Strategic Benefit Group 19 years ago with the mission to help communicate, educate and enroll Corporate American into some of the best Health and Voluntary benefit programs available. Strategic Benefit group has effectively educated and enrolled over 312,000 employees using a variety of communication tools. In 2014 Patrick was recognized as “America’s Top Planner” out of 30,000 advisors due to his goal of providing value added benefits to the mass market which is under served. Patrick is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received a degree in Communication. Patrick currently resides in Manhattan Beach, Ca where he enjoys everything about the beach with his wife and 3 children.
Chelsea graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in business. She resides in Phoenix, AZ where she works in the insurance field and has been with Strategic benefit group over 4 years. Her primary roles at SBG are:
- Build relationships with companies as well as employees
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise/communicate with employees on benefit offerings
- Act as point of contact for information, complaints, or anything the client may need
- Mange enrollments, ensuring everything goes smoothly, enrollers are effectively doing their job and employees understand their benefits
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
Among many other roles, her primary focus is making sure the client and employee receive all the information they need while making their experience as pleasant as possible. She strives for the very best customer service and long-lasting relationships, where she treats your employees as her own.
