Core and/or voluntary benefit communication and enrollment capabilities – Client has the choice to use one-to-one enrollment meetings to enroll Core and or Voluntary benefits

One on one meetings – the goal is to meet with as many employees as possible in a one-to-one setting within a pre defined time frame

Professional benefit consultants – SBG only works with a group of professional benefit consultants who have years of experience enrolling benefit programs.

Multilingual literature and communications – Today’s work environment has a very diverse group of employees. SBG has the ability to provide Benefit Consultants who are multilingual as well as provide multilingual literature.

National enrollment capabilities – SBG has the capability to provide one-to-one benefit enrollments for companies who have employees in every state.

Enrollment capacity of any size company - Benefit enrollments are very scalable based on the size of the workforce. SBG dedicated account team will be able to provide benefit enrollments for any size of company.

Call center – Even though it is SBG’s goal to meet one-to-one with as many employees as possible there are always some who could not meet. To accommodate this SBG has a fully staffed call center with licensed benefit consultants that can duplicate the one-to-one meeting.


Administrative Services

Electronic data management – From the get go SBG will work closely with our clients to assist them with all data that needs to be collected to start the enrollment process.

Designated benefit team – SBG has a dedicated account team that will assist with every step during the enrollment.

Convenience of payroll deduction – Payroll deduction is a huge benefit to the employees but can be frustrating to the payroll department.  SBG will provide data in any format that is requested to feed the clients system to make the process as seamless as possible.

Post-enrollment summary materials – Once the enrollment is done, SBG can provide the client with a summary report of how the enrollment went. 

Customized reports – SBG have access to many different reports and can customize these to the client’s needs.

Employee surveys – Many clients ask SBG to do a quick survey at the end of the enrollment.  These surveys can be customized for each client.

Dependent and beneficiary audits - Even though healthcare laws are changing, Dependent and Beneficiary information often goes unnoticed and can cost the client a lot of money.  Part of the enrollment process will provide access to dependents that should no longer be on the plan as well as updating beneficiary information for each employee.
